“My decision to come to AFR was both easy and difficult. The easy part came because I had fully   surrendered. I knew my way wasn’t working anymore. The hard part came in learning to believe in myself because I had been so broke down. I was open and honest and this allowed me to fully embrace everything that was offered at AFR. I had never heard of MRT prior to coming here and I kept my mind open. Being aware of that inner voice I’ve always had and understanding the importance of nurturing it instead of burying it has been the most beneficial, AFR also gave me choices. Letting me chose my tracks gave the day balance. Having AFR trust that I can choose something in my recovery meant that AFR had trust in me, which helped me to learn to trust myself.”
